Tecnica: THE CONSERVATION

Professional cold undoubtedly plays a vital role in the production process and food storage.
The cold slows down and blocks vital functions and, thanks to this property, a correct cold dosing guarantees genuine fresh and deep-frozen products, by conserving their organoleptic and nutritional characteristics and extending shelf life.

The different food products have to be conserved at the right temperatures, according to the regulations in force.

The refrigeration equipments are designed for the different applications, with an accurate temperature calibration according to product type.
