Our MODULARsystem line maintains absolute control of refrigeration temperatures.
Thanks to the latest technology, perfect product conservation is guaranteed: strict adherence to conservation parameters ensures optimum storage conditions.

Chambers
Main technical features of construction:
  • Prefabricated modular panels equipped with self-locking fasteners fitted into the polyurethane for a quick assembly, expanded rubber gaskets and plastic profiles (incorporated along their perimeter) which ensure a perfect hermetic and undeformable union of the panels.
  • Insulation by polyurethane rigid foam: density Kg 38-42/mc, compression resistance Kg 1,8-2/cmq, thermic conductivity at +25°C 0,018-0,020 kcal/m h°C
  • Thickness of insulation cm 6-8-10-12
  • Exterior in painted galvanized sheet and interior in atoxic sheet. Option: stainless steel exterior/interior
  • Insulated strong floor in antiskid sheet - thickness of insulation cm 6-8-10-12
  • Insulated door/s
  • With or without internal shelves

Main technical features of operation:

  • Electronic control panel
  • Operating temperature: 
    • 0+10°C <s.TN>
    • -20/-25°C <s.BT> for conservation of deep-frozen product
    • from +80°C to +20°C for cooling of pre-baked product
  • Internal evaporator made of electrolytic copper and aluminium
  • Ventilated refrigeration, suitably studied, for the best temperature distribution
  • Air-condensing unit of adequate power on the top (water-condensing or remote unit on request)
  • Automatic defrosting
  • Internal light
