Controlled climatization: programmed
climatization, where this programming facility constitutes an
indispensable production scheduling and control instrument.
Designed by COLIP and costructed using professional-quality electronics,
the MICRO C.10, microprocessor control panel, ensures perfect
doughs evolution thanks to strict time and temperature control during the
following operation phases:
- 1st phase: dough conservation (mother
dough)
- 2nd phase: dough proving with
optimum pH control.
This climatized system constantly
regulates the temperature in order to ensure optimum dough proving in
accordance with the various dough proving times. |

Main technical features of construction:
- Prefabricated modular panels equipped
with self-locking fasteners fitted into the polyurethane for a quick
assembly, expanded rubber gaskets and plastic profiles (incorporated
along their perimeter) which ensure a perfect hermetic and undeformable
union of the panels
- Insulation by polyurethane rigid foam:
density Kg 38-42/mc, compression resistance Kg 1,8-2/cmq, thermic
conductivity at +25°C 0,018-0,020Kcal/m h°C
- Thickness of insulation: cm 6
- Exterior in painted galvanized
sheet and interior in Aisi 304 stainless steel or in atoxic sheet.
Option: stainless steel exterior
- Insulated strong floor in antiskid
sheet - thickness of insulation cm 2 or cm 6, with internal sanitary profile for
a perfect hygiene
- Insulated door/s
- Aisi 304 stainless steel internal

automatic programs

made of elecrolytic copper and aluminium and special heating equipment)

on the top (water-condensing or remote unit on request)
