Main components
- The supporting modular structure and
conveyor belts are made of Aisi 304 stainless steel, with
self-supporting levels made of Aisi 304 stainless steel net, with
lateral stainless steel chains; each level is complete with chute to
transfer the product from a level to the next one and with driving
geared electric motor.
- The covering panels are insulated by
rigid polyurethane foam injected at high density; thickness of
insulation cm 12; interior in Aisi 304 stainless steel and exterior in
painted galvanized sheet, white colour; provided with: inspection
and maintenance doors.
- The floor is insulated, reinforced to
clock the structure of the conveyor belts.
- The heat exchangers inside installed
are made of electrolyic copper and aluminium fins.
- The remote refrigerating units, with
air or water cooled condensers, are equipped with various fittings and
connection pipe.
- The electronic control panel ensures a
strict temperature control and the electric panel controls the conveyor
belts working; it is equipped with variable-speed drive unit permitting
a continuous variable speed of the belts in accordance with the system
working requirements and each level can operate with different speed.
- The semiautomatic or automatic system
for conveyor belts washing and sanification is supplied upon request.
