Main components
- The conveyor belt is made of Aisi 304
stainless steel or polyethylene; belt width and lenght vary according to
thickness, quantity and qualitative characteristics of the product to be
frozen.
- The covering panels are insulated by
rigid polyurethane foam injected at high density; thickness of
insulation cm 12; interior in Aisi 304 stainless steel and exterior in
painted galvanized sheet, white colour.
- The heat exchangers inside installed
are made of electrolytic copper and aluminium fins
- The remote refrigerating units, with
air or water cooled condensers, are equipped with various fittings and
connection pipe
- The electronic control panel ensures a
strict temperature control and the electric panel controls the conveyor
belt working; it is equipped with variable-speed drive unit permitting a
continuous variable speed of the belt in accordance wth the system
working requirements.
- The device for an automatic washing
belt is supplied upon request.
