There is a thread running throughout our story which has linked together the love for an ancient recipe and for the profession that makes it always new. It’s a story of people who have a full knowledge of the bakery and pastry world: they combined experience, professional qualities and an infinite passion for work.
 
 
It all started in 1990 in a small factory in the province of Bologna with the production of a professional line of chambers. By a continuous and deep dedication for research, development and design, the production range grew consistently over time following in the footsteps of the technological evolution.
 
 
In 1996 Colip inaugurated the new factory on a surface of 7000 square meters, where always designs and manufactures a large range of innovative equipment and systems for bakery, pastry and food industry in general.
